Why Register?

Registering as a Celtic Dreams customer brings many advantages, not only special discounts. There are a number of other features to make your visits to Celtic Dreams better and easier. Here are some....

• Special Discounts. When you register you automatically recevive a 10% discount straight away. This special discount for registered customers is a thank you given to our customers for our tenth annversary year online, but it is so popular it is going to stay!
• Free postage - always. Yep , our registered customers always get free postage. This offer cannot, unfortunately, be extended to include returns and replacements.
• A persistant cart. When you register and login in, your shopping cart is saved from visit to visit. So, you can build up alist of things for Christmas presents for example.
• Address Book.
When you register you can build and manage an address book. You can then choose to send a gift item to an address from your address book. Great for friends and family as you don't have to keep typing in their addresses.
• More Order Options Registered customers can choose gift wrapping and add personal messages to the gift.
• Better Order Feedback On your "My Orders" page you can see the current status of orders in our system. This is especially useful for multi part orders where one item perhaps in on back order.
• Order History On your "My Orders" page , you can see your order history and the details for each order placed. Great for ensuring you don't give the same thing to the same person twice!
• Celtic Dreams eCards. Registerd customers are able to access and use our eCard facility - sending photos of Scotland, Ireland and Wales and other general themes to friends with a choice of Gàidhlig, Gaelic and Welsh greetings. When you login, you will see "ecard" under the "Customer" menu on the right screen panel.

Here are a few things we don't ever do.

• We never store your credit card details. All our payment processing is through paypal - wheather for registered customers or through the unregistered "buy now" buttons. Paypal is one of the most secure systems for payment using credit cards and this is why we have choosen paypal for our online transaction processing rather than our own credit card merchant account.
• We never pass your details to any other party. Your details are given to us in confidence and we treat your trust in us with the greatest respect. We have had our details passed on by websites and before we knew it, we started recieving a load of junk mail. It is not pleasant and we will not do it to you, our valued customers.

How do I register?

Registering is easy and free. All you need to do is fill in the registration form here.
You will be asked for a ( very ) few details. These are....

• your email address. This is used as your login name and also to communicate order status etc.
• A password. Security. You are asked to repeat this.
• Forename, Surname and Title. These details are used in emails and to give you a cheery welcome when you are logged in.

Really that is all there is to registering. Once you click the "register" button, you will be give the option to set up your default account address. You don't have to do this when you register, and if you prefer to leave it to later, you will be asked to add an address the first time you make a purchase.

Your default address is the address we will send your orders to automatically unless you specify a different address for a particular order. So, if you always get items delivered to your home address, then you will only ever need to fill in your address once.

You can change your default address, and other details such as password, at any time by choosing "my account" from the "customer" menu after you login.
