We endeavour to process and despatch all orders as quickly as possible after receiving the order. This is not always possible, especially if the item is out of stock. Order progress may be monitored on the "My Orders" page.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope you will like your gift when you receive it and that it arrives in perfect condition.  We send all our jewellery in sturdy gift boxes.  However sometimes accidents happen or the gift is not how you imagined.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your gift. 

Please email us immediately sales@celtic-dreams.com, quoting your unique order number and we will change any item or give a full refund, if the item is returned to us in good condition within 28 days of despatch, but please email us before returning any item.  The cost (except when goods are damaged) and responsibility of returning any item to Celtic Dreams is the customers.  In the case of a refund, your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All prices quoted are in United Kingdom pounds sterling. All invoices and receipts will be in United Kingdom pounds sterling.  All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax, VAT (Sales Tax). For those customers with Billing Addresses within the European Union (EU), we have to add 17.5% to the quoted price. This applies to all goods except those that are zero rated (books).

We accept payment by Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa) and Paypal. All transactions including credit card transactions are processed through paypal.  We also accept payment by UK Sterling cheque, or Bankers Order (payable to itworks (N.I.) Ltd.)

All credit card (Mastercard & Visa) orders are processed using Paypal which is both easy and secure. Celtic Dreams never stores customer credit card information. sales@celtic-dreams.com for more information.

We hope of course you will not have to use this service. However if you are not happy with any aspect of our service or your gift, please email our customer services desk at customerservices@celtic-dreams.com, quoting your unique order number and the nature of your complaint. 

We will try to answer your complaint within 5 working days and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  At all times we will aim to keep you informed about the progress of your dispute and provide you with a timescale  for resolving the dispute.  All complaints will be dealt with confidentially.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Proctection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons firstly, to process your order and sceond, to provide you with the best possible service. 

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent, we obtain this consent by subscription to our Newsletter.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, and email address.  We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold is maintained by you under the "myAccount" page. 

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.  This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.  You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.  the information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
